Our Policy

We have a, hassle-free exchange policy on all of our products. If there are defects with your order upon receipt, we will exchange them within 30 days. If the size is wrong we will also exchange them. (No Refunds.)

Wooden Products Only

Specs by Ro offers 90-day warranty on all frames and lenses. This warranty does not cover scratches, breaks or other defects made by incorrect wearing or storage of the eyeglasses. Please see recommendations for care, use and storage of your eyewear.
For the frames, the same as with lenses, warranty is for:

  • Factory defects
  • Other problems that appeared by regular use and storage, such as bending or breaking the frame, due to the fragile material
  • If your prescription is wrong or lense are broke upon receiving the frame

So, if glasses are in warranty, be careful to always follow the instructions about wearing and storage. The warranty is not applicable if you clean your glasses with unauthorized cleaning cloths or solutions. Your first replacement will be free and every replacement after that within the year will be a charge of $125.00. Once the warranty time is up you are responsible for the full price of a pair of glasses.

Handling & Care Instructions for Acetate/Wooden products:

  • Do not allow wooden eyewear soak up a lot of water.
  • Glasses don’t stain, but I’m the event that they do you can take a cloth and a dab of water to wipe only.
  • If eyewear falls into water, let them dry naturally
  • Keep eyewear in wooden case if not in use for protection from breaking and accidents.
  • Keep eyewear away from children
  • Eyewear doesn’t break easily, so if broken it will take slot of force or just carelessness
  • If eyewear becomes loose by the spring hinges, from wearing a lot, your local optometrist can tighten them. Or you can tighten them with a small flat head or Phillips head screwdriver.
